Chemistry was designed to help singles find truly compatible matches online. Chemistry claims that another popular online dating site, eHarmony, has rejected over one million people that attempted to complete their personality profile; and they’re not sure why. Chemistry’s motto is: “Come as you are.” As long as you are of age, you can not be rejected at Chemistry.
Filling out Chemistry’s personality profile was more entertaining than eHarmonoy’s and it’s shorter. However, I’m not sure that a shorter questionnaire leads to better identification of personality types. Once you’ve completed your profile Chemistry will send you your first five matches at NO COST! You can always access your personality results for free at Chemistry which is an attractive benefit.
Even after you’ve completed your personality profile, Chemistry will ask you pop up questions on your homepage. Once you’ve clicked an answer, it moves on to the next question. It’s simple, clean, and nuisance-free. The website itself reflects those same qualities. You won’t have any trouble finding your way around your homepage.
Chemistry has a couple unique features that set it apart from the competition. They recommend that their members use their “First Meeting” program. The steps involve starting a guided dialogue with a match. When and if you’re ready to meet that match, you both set up an informal get together. From there, you’ll meet in person and find out if the two of you really have chemistry. Finally, you come home to Chemistry and give them a post-date review. If it went well and your match felt the same way, Chemistry sends you a short message letting you know that your match wants to see you again. After that, it’s off to the races!
The thing I like most about Chemistry is that the website is ‘smart’. The more you use the site, the more feedback you provide, the better your matches become. Chemistry gives you many opportunities to give feedback on potential matches. If you check out a match, Chemistry will ask you what you think. If you’re not that interested, you’re less likely to receive similar matches. If you really like what you see, chances are…you’ll see more. This is a fantastic way to help someone find love. As of 12/19/2008, I have not found another online dating website that does this for you. If you know of another site that offers the same service, please leave a comment.
Realdatingreviews.com has worked out an affiliate deal with Chemistry. If you use the link below, you have the option to purchase 3 Months of their service for the price of 1. What would normally cost you $99 you’ll get for 49.95!
What I Love About Chemistry:
- Chemistry’s ‘smart’ website that continually utilizes your feedback to bring you more perfect matches.
- First meeting. It’s structured and anonymous…almost. But it takes fear of rejection right off the table.
- 3 months for the price of one is not a deal that comes easy. Certainly something to look at.
- Their ad campaign.
What I Hate About Chemistry:
- Pricey. $49.95 is a bit steeper than other online dating websites. However getting 3 months for that price is again, a steal.
